Poughkeepsie, NY-February 2, 2010—Sedore, Hudson Valley CPA’s, has accepted two SUNY New Paltz Accounting students into its internship program.
Kathy Anderson of Poughkeepsie is a pursing a B.S.degree in Accounting at SUNY New Paltz and is expected to graduate in May 2010. She comes to Sedore with extensive experience as a secondary mathematics teacher. Kathy has earned the Accounting Achievement Award from the Mid Hudson Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Sarah Coppola of Port Ewen is pursing her B.S. Degree in Accounting and is expected to graduate in May 2010. Sarah has prior experience in the banking and mortgage industries. As an intern with Sedore, she will gain exposure to public accounting, focusing in the areas of auditing, taxes and general accounting.
